I get to my office this morning, and what do you know, my coworker's shared calendar is showing up on my Windows 10 calendar app as well! I had to exit the Outlook iPhone app and get back in, and then my coworker's calendar showed up on my phone. I added a shared calendar of a coworker, however I found the area where you can add other calendars to the Outlook app on my phone. Last night I was playing around with the settings to change my email signature. Then I downloaded the Outlook app on my iPhone. However, I couldn't figure out how to view my co-workers calendars in it. The calendarĪpp in Windows 10 looks and feels modern to me, so I wanted to use that. I didn't want to go back to using Outlook, as it just seems old and tired to me. I was used to this functionality in my previous job using Google for business, and my new job we use Office 365 for business. Then come back and turn it back on)ģ - back under Settings again, click on 'Mail, Contacts, Calendars'Ĥ - You should have an 'iCloud' account in there (if you don't - Add account)ĥ - Scoll down this screen to the 'Calendars' sectionĦ - Verify that the 'Default Calendar' is one of your iCloud calendars.I think I accidentally figured this out. (a good test here is to turn it off and be sure your events disapear on the calendar on your phone. It will take a little time for all the events to repopulate.Ģ - Click on iCloud and be sure the 'Calendars' is on. Regardless if your problem is the same as mine, since all of your info is on iCloud - the best thing to do is turn off your iCloud calendar on your phone and then turn it back on. Be sure that above the list of Calendars in the gray space it says 'iCloud.' If it doesn't, you may have had the same issue I had, but on your phone. You can open your calendar app, click the top left 'Calendars' button. The exact same calendars were created on my mac - so they looked identical, but they weren't actually my iCloud calendars. I'm embarassed to say that in my case it was because I didn't actually have my iCloud account set up correctly. I was receiving events that I made on my iphone, ipad, and work computer onto my home computer, but when I was creating events on my computer, they weren't showing up on any of the other devices. I'm not sure if it is helpful or not, but I recently had a similar situation happening on my computer.
